Membership Terms

MST — Multiple Stream Team is a private, invite-only organization. Access to MST membership and the private MST member network is limited to individuals approved through the MST membership process.

Submitting a membership application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications may be approved, denied, deferred, or waitlisted at MST's discretion. Applications are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. MST is not obligated to provide reasons for membership decisions.

MST membership is governed by established membership standards, community rules, bylaws, governance structures, and accountability requirements. Members are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with MST community standards and applicable member policies.

Member conduct requirements, governance participation, and enforcement processes are defined in MST's internal governing documents, which are made available to members.

Membership may be subject to separate written agreements, policies, and internal documents. Accepted members may be required to agree to additional internal policies, bylaws, and platform terms before receiving access to the private MST member platform.

Fees may apply depending on membership category. Applicable fees, billing terms, and membership category details are communicated to approved applicants during the invitation process. [ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED — fee schedules and refund terms.]

Certain opportunities available within the MST network may have separate eligibility requirements, agreements, or qualifications. Participation in any specific opportunity is not automatic and may be subject to additional review or documentation.

Membership in MST does not itself guarantee income, investment returns, business opportunities, financing, contracts, or any financial results. Any business or financial outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and factors outside of MST's control.

MST may modify membership categories, requirements, benefits, and standards from time to time. Material changes affecting existing members are communicated through official MST channels.

Access to the private MST member platform is a privilege of approved membership and is governed by the platform's terms and MST's internal policies.

Approved applicants receive a private registration link. Creating an account on the private platform does not itself guarantee final access — all registrations remain subject to final manual approval by MST. After final approval, access is role-based; the default role for newly approved members is MST Member unless MST assigns another role. Access may be suspended or revoked in accordance with MST rules and applicable agreements.
